Your financial information is sensitive. Here's exactly how we protect it — and the commitments we make to keep your deal data private.
Every byte of data sent between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. Data stored in our database is encrypted at rest using AES-256. Your deal numbers are never transmitted in plain text.
Your deals, documents, and scenarios are locked to your account through row-level security. No other user — not even an administrator — can see your data. Your financial inputs are your business, not ours.
Your password is hashed using industry-standard one-way hashing before storage. We never see or store your plain-text password. Authentication tokens are short-lived and rotated automatically.
Delete any deal, document, or your entire account at any time. Deleted data is removed from active systems immediately and from backups within 30 days. No recovery, no traces, no residual access.
When you upload a quote or document, it is stored in encrypted private storage. The file is used only to extract the numbers you requested. You can delete any uploaded document at any time from the Document Gallery.
We verify your email against our order records — once, at activation. We check only whether a paid order exists for your email. We never access your payment method, billing address, or order contents.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your deal data to train external AI models. We do not share your data with dealers, lenders, or advertisers. We do not use advertising trackers or cross-site tracking pixels.
Our infrastructure is continuously monitored for unauthorized access. We apply security patches promptly and conduct regular reviews of access controls. In the unlikely event of a breach, affected users will be notified within 72 hours.
